Professional Business and Personal Assistant services are run from 9am-5pm CST, Monday through Friday.  Services needing to be run out of these hours will be assessed an extra $10.00 above the per hour fee.  

Hourly service fees do not include the cost of any product purchased otherwise. The total cost of service will be your merchandise purchase, plus the cost of professional services*.

Your payment is requested before services are rendered for third party products (grocery, dry-cleaning, entrance fees, parking fees, etc).  Some clients may get invoiced monthly for payment of services provided.  Out of state requests must pay at time of service unless it is a monthly contracted service. 

A That Girl contract must be signed before services are provided and in agreement to this policy stated. Contracts can be emailed for quick approval.  That Girl requires maximum fees for returned checks or payments.

Closed on New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Due to extreme weather conditions here in the Saint Louis area, That Girl reserves the right to close due to inclement weather conditions.

Special discounts will apply throughout.  All clients will receive a 10% discount off their next service call when the referral client has paid for their services in full.

Please note that That Girl keeps all client information confidential and discrete.  That Girl reserves the right to refuse certain items due to the size, weight, and value of transported items.  That Girl does not offer transportation for people or pets as part of its service due to liability issues.  That Girl will not do any un-ethical or illegal work. That Girl is not liable for any damage caused to client merchandise that is picked-up or bought from another store. 

That Girl services span a 50 mile radius from office located in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri.
